Job Description

We currently have a tremendous opportunity for a Strategic International Sales Manager who is self-motivated, career oriented and seek to achieve a high level of success.

Your job entails:

contacting, visiting, training, and maintaining targeted Channel partners; closing deals with partners; being a key resource in a given territory; being responsible for new business development and managing the daily activities associated with corporate strategic selling; initiating marketing programs; assessing and improving performance of the channel; developing sales and technical capabilities, creating sales pipeline, reporting market knowledge and forecasting opportunities. You will be responsible to meet sales target, high customer service, support and satisfaction.

We are looking for individuals who have had previous experience in channel sales. A proven track record of direct sales is an asset as well.​ An industrial or welding background is also required.​ You must be eager to learn about new technologies and training tools. You must also be independent and able to manage your own accounts and your own time. Experience is marketing and communication is also required.​ Opportunities to grow within the company rapidly.

Main functions
Manage partners to achieve goals established for the assigned territory. Organize activities to gain highest possible sales volume, profitability and market share within assigned territory. Establish, maintain and service accounts and partners, covering full assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business. The position is also responsible for marketing and communication activities within the company. Provide product feedback to our engineering team for the continuous improvement of our products.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years sales experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in welding/industrial industry.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in closing direct sales deals and maintaining relationships.
  • Can develop and execute marketing and communication plans

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with simulation or training tools.
  • Experience with WordPress
  • MBA or business degree.
